Tolan Brown, the EVP of Supply Chain & Manufacturing at O.C. Tanner, has over two decades of experience in driving operational excellence and principle-centered cultural transformation. 

Tolan is currently responsible for the complete span of operations at the company, including manufacturing, global distribution, logistics, purchasing, engineering, and supply chain systems software. Tolan has a strong track record of leading complex, multi-site operational transformations that connect strategic business objectives with the Shingo Guiding Principles. 

Previously, Tolan spent four years as the director of continuous improvement at O.C. Tanner and led the integration of Lean methodologies, quality management, and safety protocols across the organization. Tolan’s foundational experience includes leadership roles in cast, milling, and pressed products, as well as nine years as a mechanical engineer specializing in process engineering and product design at Iomega. 

With a BS in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA in business management from the University of Utah, Tolan is deeply committed to leveraging systemic leadership to build sustainable cultures of organizational excellence.
